Mix Contest VI: Nice Belt!

Q: What did the zero say to the eight?A: Nice belt!
Choosing from this list of 33 Qualifiers, pick a selection of songs where each song has at least one qualifier, and make a mix from those songs. Put them in any order and pick whichever you want, as many as you’d like to fit on your mix. (Note: You don’t need to make a mix using all 33, which would be almost impossible.)
Mix Contest Qualifiers:
1. A favorite song released in the last 6 months.
2. It’s a political year; this here year 2008. Choose a “message” song.
3. Coherence is overrated. (Like such as, uh, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as). Pick a song that is incoherent – in whole or in part, lyrically or vocally.
4. A song with a particularly great Bridge.
5. Twins! Two songs that are related musically or lyrically in some way. Include them both.
6. A song that reminds you of Spring but doesn’t mention Spring at all.
7. A song (or clip) that’s 2:45 minutes in length or shorter.
8. A song that’s 6:00 minutes in length or longer.
9. A song with an obscure title.
10. A song by a band with an obscure band name.
11. A song with a title that would make an excellent fortune cookie fortune.
12. A song about being a rock star/musician.
13. A song used in a television commercial. (Remember when TV commercials used jingles? Yeah, me either.)
14. A song with cowbell. (More or less.)
15. A song by a solo artist who has had equal success in a band.
16. If your life was made into a movie, a song you would want played in the opening credit sequence.
17. A song that is Track #6 on its respective album.
18. A song that reminds you of high school.
19. A love song or torch song. (If you must hate, an anti-love song works too.)
20. A song that sounds Totally 80s!
21. A song about a place that you’ve been to.
22. A song that’s got a good beat and you can dance to it.
23. A song with a one word title.
24. A song with lyrics in a foreign language.
25. A great cover song.
26. A song that contains talking.
27. An anthem-type song.
28. A favorite song from one of your favorite albums ever.
29. A song with lyrics that make you laugh.
30. A melancholy song.
31. A song not in 4/4 time.
32. A song from one of your top albums of 2007.
33. Wildcard! This is a freebie. You can pick any piece of music or sound you like BUT in doing so, you MUST to create your own qualifier for it (and tell us what that is).
